Information & Rental Rates 2007

SKYVIEW, SUNSET, and HONEYMOON CABINS:

The rates for our cabins for 2007 are:

SKYVIEW or SUNSET……………….………………$1295.00 per week plus taxes

HONEYMOON……………….…………………………. $895.00 per week plus taxes

Rates are for parties up to five (5) people per cabin in SKYVIEW and SUNSET, two (2) people in HONEYMOON. An additional charge of $50.00/week per person over the limit applies. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 2:00 p.m. --- Check out time is 10:00 am.

Please Note: Partial weeks and weekends are often available in
Off Season -- Please inquire.

NO PETS PLEASE

*OFF SEASON RATES: Off season rates for 2007 are:

SKYVIEW or SUNSET………….…………… $135.00 per night plus taxes

HONEYMOON……………………………………. $95.00 per night plus taxes
* Off season is from April 30th to May 27th and September 3rd to November 25th.

Included: A 14’ Lund Fishing boat is included with each cabin. Coast Guard approved Life Preservers and Lake Maps are provided at no additional charge. Motor rental rates are:
15 Honda Outboard...........$35.00/day-plus fuel.

Fishing guide and/or golf reservations are made upon request. Feel free to bring your own boat. There is a convenient boat launch nearby and ample pier space for you in our quiet cove.

For the comfort of our guests, no Jet Skis/Wave Runners please.

All linens and bath towels are included but please bring beach towels. All kitchenware/ towels are provided as well as a barbecue grill. A crib and/or highchair is provided upon request. Firewood is available at no charge.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of $300.00 per cabin/week – balance due upon arrival. Reservations are on a "first come first serve" basis. In the event of a cancellation; a full refund is granted if cancellation is made at least sixty (60) days before arrival or if the reservation can be completely filled by another guest. We recommend early reservations.
